Midnight Swim
Creamy and tropical with a citrusy bite. This cocktail is like a moonlit escape to a far-off island. The velvety coconut blends with sweet pineapple and bright blue curaçao, creating a silky sip that lingers like the memory of a midnight dip under the stars.
Ingredients
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Garnish: Pineapple leaf or edible flower
Optional: Edible shimmer or luster dust for a magical glow
Instructions
Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer.
Shake the night into it: In a shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, blue curaçao, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
Shake until frosty, then strain into the chilled glass.
Add shimmer (optional): Stir in a pinch of luster dust before pouring to give the drink a soft, glistening swirl.
Garnish: Top with a pineapple leaf or a delicate edible flower floating like it’s drifting on a wave.
